The High Court has ordered the freezing of five bank accounts and four landed properties belonging to former Executive Secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Coordinating Committee on Decentralisation (IMCCoD), Dennis Miracles Aboagye, following investigations by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO).
The court issued the order on Monday, August 3, temporarily restricting transactions on the identified bank accounts and barring the sale, transfer, mortgage, or disposal of the four landed properties until further notice.
This action follows investigations into alleged financial and procurement-related irregularities involving approximately GH¢55 million during Aboagye’s tenure as Executive Secretary of IMCCoD
