VIP Jeoun Transport has announced an increase in transport fares across its nationwide routes, with the new prices taking effect on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
In a circular, the company outlined the revised fares for its standard services. Passengers travelling from Accra to Kumasi will now pay GH¢120, while those heading to Sunyani will pay GH¢170. Fares for longer northern routes have also increased, with Accra to Tamale set at GH¢290, Bolgatanga at GH¢330, and Wa at GH¢320.
The company has also adjusted fares for its executive coach services. Passengers will pay GH¢150 from Accra to Kumasi, GH¢200 to Sunyani, and GH¢360 to Tamale.
For longer-distance routes, VIP Jeoun Transport has set fares from Accra to Navrongo at GH¢420 and to Bawku at GH¢430.
Additionally, the company revised intercity fares from Kumasi. Passengers travelling from Kumasi to Tamale will now pay GH¢210, while those heading to Bolgatanga will pay GH¢250.
VIP Jeoun Transport stated that management approved the new fare structure and confirmed that it applies to all operational routes. The adjustment affects both standard and executive coach services, covering major routes from Accra to destinations across the country.
