Ghanaian music personality Bullgod has revealed that managing dancehall star Shatta Wale nearly cost him valuable relationships in the entertainment industry.
Speaking in a recent interview, Bullgod described Shatta Wale as one of the most challenging artists he has ever worked with, pointing to his unpredictable behaviour and frequent refusal to honour agreements.
“He insulted my boss at Charterhouse while I was still working with them. That nearly cost me a lot,” Bullgod said, adding that the incident strained his professional ties. “I made a lot of enemies just by managing Shatta Wale.” The controversy placed me in a difficult position, torn between loyalty to my artist and maintaining respect for professional relationships.
Despite the tensions, Bullgod maintained that his time with Shatta Wale was not a failure, suggesting that the experience came with both challenges and important lessons.
