The Ministry of Finance has opened public hearings to gather input from businesses, financial institutions, civil society groups, and the general public for Ghana’s 2026–2029 Budget and Economic Policy.
The ministry said past submissions have played a key role in shaping national budgets and stressed that its priorities align with recent World Bank recommendations, which highlight job creation as vital to Ghana’s economic recovery.
The government will present the 2026 budget to Parliament on November 15, 2025, with a strong focus on employment opportunities and private sector-led growth.
