Head of Communications and Public Events at Charterhouse Productions, Robert Klah, revealed that DopeNation did not submit their hit song Zormizor for consideration in the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), despite its popularity during the year under review.
Addressing concerns over alleged bias in the nominations for the 26th TGMA, Klah clarified the duo’s absence from the list.
“Given their impact during the review period, one would expect them to be part of the nominations. However, since they did not file, and our attempts to seek their consent were unsuccessful, they were not involve,” he explained.
