Written by Yad Media

President John Mahama has asserted that his administration has delivered on the promises made during its first 120 days in office.

In a national address on Wednesday, May 7, he highlighted several key accomplishments, including the introduction of a Code of Conduct for political appointees, the scrapping of the Electronic Transfer Levy (E-levy), the cancellation of the controversial betting tax, and steps taken to build a leaner, more efficient government.

“We made promises, and we have kept them.We have spent our first 120 days taking decisive action, upholding transparency, and laying the foundation for the just, prosperous, and united Ghana we envision.

The 120-day performance report was a cornerstone of Mahama’s campaign promise to promote accountability and set measurable targets for governance progress.
